When does Iced Slate ship? Is it guaranteed?

Honest answer: not guaranteed yet. This waitlist is how we find out if enough people want it to justify building it. If the demand's there, we prototype, test, and manufacture — and the waitlist hears real dates first. We won't take a dollar from anyone until the product is real, tested, and ready. If we can't make it great, we won't ship it.

How does the cooling side actually work?

That's the exact part we're prototyping right now. The goal is a dry cooling side that hits cold the moment it touches your skin — no water, no fridge, no gel. We won't lock the claim until a real sample proves it, and the waitlist will get honest updates as we test.

Is this a mental health product?
